Week 13 (Orlando, Florida) Locked out but never alone
¡Hola hola! ¿¿Como estan??
I CAN NOT BELIVE ITS FEBRUARY!!!
Let us dive right in!
Pretty low-key week again
Sweets:
- had lots of lessons
- found new friends (some are creepy)
- one of the primary kids got baptized on Sunday it was the cutest thing ever!!!
- had some fire meals
Sours:
- got locked outta our apartment.....
It's a whole story so basically our door has 2 locks, one on the handle and one above the handle so what we thought is that we do not have a key for the handle lock only the top one and we had an inspection that day by the apartment complex and they locked the handle lock and not the top one...long story short we were dumb and didn't realize we could flip the key.....so we got locked out lol
- that's really kinda the only bad stuff besides oh umm at church 2 of our friends that pulled up, one said they thought we were catholic and that's the only reason why he came then dipped....then the other was like I DIDNT KNOW THIS CHURCH WAS THE MORMONS! outside the chapel while sacrament meeting was going, we tried to explain that "mormon" is a nickname but he also dipped... so yeah lol
Pensamiento espiritual:
This week during my personal study I've been studying a lot on putting all my trust in the Lord! Missionary work is hard! Especially learning a language! But as I've grown my testimony, I've been able to see the hand of the Lord so much in my life and I'm so thankful for the skills that the Lord has given me to learn how to be a missionary and learning a language!
Me encanta ser una misionera!
Have a great week!
