Hermana Bailey's Orlando Florida Mission - Spanish Speaking

 Hola hola a todos! Como estan??? I'm alive haha! We didn't have pday on Monday we had it on Christmas! So there's a lot to cover, so let's dive right in! Sweets: - Jose and Nadia got baptized!!! It was such a beautiful day! Def a day to remember, they both immediately started crying after, it was so precious - exchange with Hermana Jones, I love her - had so many bussss member meals  - and had some awesome miracles while finding new friends to teach this week! - gave out 7 Books of Mormon to a whole group of Latinos!! - 24 hour exchange with hna Bair!!! It was so fun, we reminisced the whole time on how a year ago we were in the MTC and just starting our missions and now we go home in less than 5 months  - Christmas eve dinner with some of our favorite members - Christmas day was pday, and got together with my whole zone and played some pickleball and had a pancake breakfast and played lots of volleyball, it was so fun! - Sunday 2 of our friends came to church and brou...

Sweets: - the best highlight of the week: Elder Soares from the Quorum of the 12 Apostles came to the mission! It was so cool, you could just feel his apostolic power!  - some busss member meals - went on an exchange with my mtc comp! It was so fun Sours: - lowkey saw so much rejection but in the words of Elder Soares "We Rejoice in Rejection!" Pensamiento espiritual: This past Friday we had such an amazing privilege to listen to an Apostle speak to us directly! Elder Soares of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles came and visited us! He really inspired me when he talked to us about really understanding our missionary purpose! He told us that focusing on our missionary purpose can help us fully understand life because life after the mission gets hard!  Hola hola a todos!!!! Como estan?? This week was supperrrr good! The first full week of the new transfer and sometimes they're hard but this one was good! So let's dive right in! Sweets: - went as a district to walk around this place called Mt. Dora which was in my last area, and it's the cutest area ever! Then we went to raising canes! I haven't eaten raising canes since the beginning of my mission! Let's just say it was a joyous reunion, jaja! - Wednesday was zone conference and I got to see friends plus my companion and I sang for the zone conference! Plus we all got matching pj's and a mini Christmas tree! - we had 6 friends pull up at church!! One was a lady who looked the church up on Facebook!  - Monday we went to the mall!  Hola hola a todos!! Como estan???? TRANSFER NEWS: I totally forgot to prep yall for transfers BUT surprisingly I got transferred! I'm in Semoran with Hermana Whitaker!  Sweets: - back ward sharing with my trainer Hermana Idiart!!! It's her last transfer, I'm so sad  - met the ward on Sunday, they are so great! - we have so many cool friends who are preparing for baptism this month! - me and hna Whitaker have been having so much fun! - we have Spanish zones now which means all meetings are in Spanish!
