Week 30 of 78 (Orlando, Florida) Unshakable Faith!
Hola hola a todos!! Yall it's that time again! So let's get into it!
Sweets:
- fire lessons this week
- our friend Rodrigo passed his baptism interview and he's on track to get baptized June 15th!
- this week was the last full week of the transfer! This transfer flew by!! So stay tuned next week for updates on transfers!
- Pday we drew on shirts and then had a water balloon fight and ate cake for all the June birthdays (mine was June 10th, happy birthday to me, first and only birthday on my mission!!)
- Youth Conference was so fun. We acted as investigators of the church back in the 1830's around Joseph Smiths time and the youth were so fun and loved acting as missionaries.
Sours:
- not much happened this week, very uneventful but you know the usual, got rejected. Lowkey people were pretty rude this week but it's chill, other than that it was pretty good!
Pensamiento espiritual:
This week I focused a lot of my personal study time on The Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith. I focused specifically on the life of Joseph Smith and the amount of faith he had when he was alive. I'm always astonished as too how much the amount of faith he had and how he maintained that faith even while going through all the things he went through. I truly aspire to be like Joseph Smith in that way, in having unshakable faith in the Lord. I invite you to study The First Vision, the amazing experience Joseph Smith had at only 14 years old, and truly pray to gain a testimony of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I love you all!
Upcoming: Transfer news next week!!! Stay tuned!
Have a great week!!
Chao!
