Week 44 of 78 (Orlando, Florida) Be peacemakers, there is hope for a better world.

 Hola hola a todos! Como estannn????


This week was super good! We were grindingggggg!!! Not that numbers matter but we found 26/15 new friends which is sooo cool! We were seeing the Lords hand in the work this week and it was so amazing!


Let's dive right in!


Sweets:

- had super fire lessons this week!!

- put 2 people on date for baptism

- we finally got our whole area so now we are so busy, with referrals and calling everyone and talking to everyone we see!! There are so many blessings from talking to everyone we see

- 5 friends came to church

- not very many member meals which is sad but when we did have one it was bussss

- we got a new car which is so cool! She's super beautiful, her name is Bev, she's a 2025 Toyota Rav4, she's a beaut, had 40 miles on it when we first got it. How beautiful is that!

- so Thursday when we went to go swap our car for a new one, we got to see so many friends at the mission office so that was super fun!

- and Tuesday is/was zone conference, I'm gonna guess right now and say it's gonna be fun cuz I'm writing this on Monday and it hasn't happened yet but next week's email will have more details about it lol!


Sours:

Lowkey the only sour is that when we went to visit 2 recent converts, there was a man there who also happens to rent a room in there house and as we were trying to teach these 2 younger girls (the recent converts) he kept interrupting and bashing us! He was just trying to show off all the knowledge he has and it was lowkey annoying, thank goodness we had a member with us because he was speaking so fast and was using slang words and I know slang in English not in Spanish lol so that was hard and just so annoying!


Pensamiento espiritual:

 With all that's going on in the world, here's a scripture that stuck out to me this week!


Ether 12:4

4 Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God.


What stuck out to me most was these 5 words

"Hope for a better world"

As President Nelson has said "Be peacemakers" and with our world today nothing else is more needed than our Savior and peacemakers! So my invitation for you is to BE A PEACEMAKER! Make people smile, serve someone, be kind, and most importantly love others as our Savior would!

Week 36 of 78 (Orlando, Florida) Exciting News!!!

 Hola hola a todos!! This email is a little different and let me tell ya why! This week is transfers so when you're reading I will know if I'm staying in this area or leaving. Now here's why it's different, I actually know what's happening for me this transfer! I'm... gonna be a MOM (mission lingo), which means I'm training a new missionary! Now I don't know if I'm leaving or staying but it's my first time training so I'm praying I'm staying in Saint Cloud! But I'm super excited to have a mini me. Week 76 of 77 (Orlando, Florida) Mama I'm Coming Home (Tuesday!); All Things Are Possible Through Christ!

Dad's last post for his little girl. Hermana Bailey will post her final missionary blog post next week after returning home. Hola hola a todoossss!!! Como estan? I'm doing super great! This week was absolutely crazy, busy and full of MIRACLES!! soooo let's dive right in! 2nd to last email. Actually crazy. I'll be home next Tuesday Sweets: - sang at my last zone conference, turned out super good! - mlc was super good, received lots of revelation - we had 2 miracle baptisms for the zone this past week - I just love my companion so much, she's been helping me stay strong so well and I'm so thank full for her! - me and Hermana Barhurst both spoke in church and sang! So when one of us was speaking the other was translating and then I translated elders quorum and let me tell ya, that was pretty difficult but I managed with Gods help! - 3 friends came to church!
